Welfare, Not Warfare Demonstration and Stop ReArm Europe Assembly
The StopReArm Campaign and the Stop Militarization Platform call for a Europe-wide mobilisation against accelerating militarisation. The Party of the European Left and its affiliated political foundation transform! europe, which is among the initiators of the StopReArm Campaign, call on all member, observer and partner parties, as well as activists, elected representatives, youth organisations, trade unionists and peace activists to join the European mobilisation against militarisation and austerity on 14 June 2026 in Brussels.
Together we will raise a common message:
Welfare, Not Warfare
They prepare for war – We work for Peace
The European Left will join the International Bloc mobilisation together with peace movements, trade unions, social organisations and political forces from across Europe.

WEEK OF ACTION – StopRearm Europe (14-21 June)
From 14 to 21 June, StopRearm Europe will coordinate decentralised actions across Europe. Preparations are already underway, and we invite groups and organisations to help shape and organise activities in their local areas.
This week of action will build on the momentum of the major demonstration in Brussels on 14 June and extend it into a coordinated series of actions across the continent.

MONTH OF ACTION – June-July 2026
Alongside this week of action, the European Left is compiling a shared calendar of mobilisations running from 14 June to early July. This includes:
– London mobilisation (19–20 June)
– Anti-NATO week of mobilisation in Greece (20–28 June)
– Anti-imperialist Summit for Peace in Istanbul (4 July)
– Actions countering the NATO summit in Ankara (7–8 July)
– Panel on Anti-Militarization in the Marxist Summer School, Charleroi
