Socialism today. Class, feminism, ecology and nation before the reconfiguration of world geopolitics

23 September 2021 7:00 pm

The Seminar will address the contemporary socialist thinking, in the light of the systemic crisis that
formally arose in 2007. The political struggle is disputed in economic, political and cultural terms, in a
context of the social crisis, the global hegemony dispute between China and EE. UU., The irruption of
the global feminist movement or the crisis of the European Union, aspects that will mark the
development of the seminar sessions.

Thus, the construction of a socialist proposal today, part of the need to articulate labor movement,
feminism, multiculturalism and political ecology, in a single articulated political discourse. These four
liberating proposals have in themselves the potential on which to simultaneously build a block of
struggle and also to build an alternative society in the face of the reconstruction of the capitalist project
on reactionary bases.
