EL FEM

The women's network of the European Left was already established at the EL Founding Congress in Rome in May 2004. In doing so, the EL wanted to state from the beginning that women have actively contributed to building up the new party and networks of the EL. In particular, EL fem wants to share experiences, qualify discussions, strengthen the connections with other women's organisations and develop activities on a European level in a self-organised and self-responsible way. The working group is open to all women's and feminist structures and militant supporters.
