The Executive Board was elected during the 2nd Congress of the Party of the European Left, Prague, 24 November 2007
The Executive Board consists of the chairperson and vice-chairperson, the treasurer, further members elected by the congress on a key of two persons from each member party by the Congress at a gender-quoted basis.
