Since the beginning of the year 2007 there was a special working group established to work out the political theses for the 2nd EL congress. The final version was reached through consensus off all the representatives of EL member and observer parties participating in the working group. The document presents common analyses for another policy for another Europe and the political lines of actions where the European Left wants get active. The Policital Theses were adopted at the 2nd EL Congress in Prague.
